Each mediation follows a clear process and consists of six phases, which may sometimes have fluid transitions. I handle this process individually, situationally and intuitively. The initial consultation is always non-binding and free of charge. You name your conflict and I introduce myself and my approach. At the end of the meeting, all parties involved decide for themselves whether mediation is the right option for their conflict. If everyone decides in favour of mediation, you will receive a personalized quote before the process begins and sign a mediation contract.
