Inadequate or misleading communication, the perception of being treated unfairly or struggles for power and influence - there are many potential areas of conflict within companies and organizations. If left unresolved, they have a significant impact on organizational strength, work performance and economic results. Conflicts offer the opportunity to create something new and can have a positive impact both internally and externally if they are dealt with openly and honestly. Companies that utilize this constructive potential create the necessary conditions for a positive conflict culture and thus make a significant contribution to the future viability of their economic activities. As an alternative conflict resolution method, mediation has long been established in business life and is part of modern conflict management. With my work, I support companies in resolving internal conflicts quickly, flexibly, sustainably and discreetly.
