WHEN LIFE GETS OUT OF SYNC
SUPPORT DURING LIFE CRISES AND DIFFICULT TRANSITIONS
There are moments in life when the familiar ground beneath your feet begins to shift. A break-up that calls everything into question. A loss that leaves you speechless. A career crisis that shakes your very identity. Or the quiet, creeping pressure that has built up over months and suddenly become too much to bear.
In such phases, you don’t need external advice – but a space where you can better understand yourself again. A space where you are seen and heard. Where you are allowed to gather your thoughts, pause and develop new perspectives.
As a non-medical practitioner specialising in psychotherapy, I guide you through life crises with empathy and a focus on your own resources – towards greater clarity, stability and the ability to take action.
WHERE I CAN HELP
Separation & divorce – When relationships end and you need to find yourself again.
Grief & loss – When you need to come to terms with saying goodbye to a person, a way of life or a hope.
Career crises & burnout – When exhaustion takes over and a sense of purpose has been lost.
Family crises – When the family structure comes under pressure and you no longer know how to move forward.
Life transitions – When something has changed – retirement, the empty nest, upheavals – and the new phase has not yet found its place.

You are accepted just as you are – no ifs, no buts.
Unconditional acceptance

I try to understand your world from your perspective.
Empathetic understanding

I engage with you sincerely – not as a role, but as a person.
Authenticity & congruence
MY APPROACH
My therapeutic work is based on the humanistic, person-centred approach developed by Carl Rogers. At its heart lies the fundamental belief that every person has the ability to develop and heal within themselves – above all, they need a space where they feel truly seen, heard and accepted.
In our work, this means: I will treat you with empathy, without judgement, and with a genuine interest in understanding your world as you experience it. I do not dictate the direction – you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide you with the space in which you can better understand yourself, find your own answers and discover new paths.
It is particularly during life crises – in moments when the familiar crumbles and a sense of purpose is lost – that I find this approach especially effective: it creates a sense of security that is needed to turn one’s attention to what is truly essential.
When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, I am able to re-perceive my world in a new way and to go on. It is astonishing how elements which seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens.
